Samsung Galaxy Note review - A smart hybrid

The 5.3 inch smart hybrid Samsung Galaxy Note stands right in between a tablet and a smartphone. The unique size of Samsung Galaxy Note may not appeal to every gadget lover but finally performance is what that matters. Samsung Galaxy Note is the largest smart phone available and still Samsung has kept the design thin and stylish.
Samsung Galaxy Note uses Android technology, feels light to hold. It is worth stressing that it is very light to hold and weighs much less than a standard tablet. And with HD Super AMOLED display screen is bright and very easy to see, and with1280x800 pixel screen it looks very vibrant. Samsung Galaxy Note has a powerful 1.4 GHz Dual Core processor with a support of 1 GB RAM, thus making it a very powerful smartphone

PRO'S
  • Powerful processor
  • High quality camera
  • Amazing Social Hub
  • Better battery life
  •  Inbuilt Apps
  • Stylus (S Pen)
  •  HD Super AMOLED screen
CON'S
  • Big Size (5.3 Inch), can't be used by single hand Open camera lens
  • High price
  • Awkward against head for voice calls
  • Comprised almost entirely of plastic
VERDICT

Many people find themselves needing two devices to stay connected these days. A smartphone fits nicely in the pocket for use practically anywhere and a tablet provides a larger display for both fun and business. Depending on one’s needs the Galaxy Note is appealing for those who do not want to have two devices. Having to make sure that the smartphone has the same apps, photos, contacts, games, business information, etc as the tablet can be tedious. Some might say the Galaxy Note is too big for a smartphone or too small for a tablet, but like Goldilocks -- and, hopefully for Samsung -- others will think that it is just right.
